I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The decoration was tasteful and created a cozy atmosphere, which made it feel like a real home away from home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around with my senior mobility. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was top-notch, with ramps and handrails provided throughout the property for added safety and convenience.

One minor improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, having a dedicated team member specifically trained to assist senior guests would have been beneficial.

From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was made to feel welcomed and at home. The location was perfect, easy to find and near the local attractions. The food was delicious, with a diverse and generous breakfast buffet. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Koutrakis Suites in Sissi, Crete! As foreign tourists, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and friendly hosts. The sea view from our room was breathtaking and the location was quiet yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The value for money was terrific and we would definitely return another time. The freshly cooked breakfast, accompanied by an assortment of cakes and croissants, was well worth the money too.

However, the location of the hotel was great, with it being very close to the harbor and promenade, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also quite decent with fresh juices and hot eggs on demand. Lastly, the room was quite spacious, which was a plus.

Room was surprisingly dark and had very poor lighting. It was also infested with mosquitos, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my Easter stay. The breakfast offered fresh orange juice and eggs made to order, which were a nice touch. The pool was fantastic, providing a great option to cool off from the Cretan heat. the location was central and near local attractions.

The lighting around the ground floor was poorly lit, making it difficult to see the different height steps leading to our room. the price was higher compared to other accommodations we've stayed in around Crete.
